Hi Michelle,
Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I love to knit two socks at a time on circular needles. I never get second sock syndrome that way. Also my socks match. If I'm a little tense when doing the heel flaps, both socks will have the same tension.

Ideally, I would have nice even tension from top to toe, but I'm a human being, not a knitting machine. My daughter once called me a "knitting fool" and I liked it. Perhaps that proves her point? Hee!

I'm out of sock yarn at the moment and it's awful! My sweater project ran out of yarn, too. So I went hunting up a skein of lace weight yarn for something to knit, but haven't found it yet. Yikes!

Where do you store your yarn? I don't have much. You'd think I could find it all.

Hi Heather,
I crochet, too. I made a watch strap recently because knit just wasn't firm enough. Somehow I can see you amidst a bounty of crochet flowers with a smile on your face. Nice!
Best,

Hi Karen,
Thanks for your comments on my blog.
I crochet (does that count).
I only make simple things as presents for friends. Little cute bags and hats for my daughter's girlfriends and I love making crochet flowers. I can sit and do that for hours. It's very therapeutic. It's great to see you writing about something you love and are an expert in - keep it up.
much love

I'm a crafter so I can appreciate your knitting blog. I didn't see your comments in the beginning of Connie Green's 30-day challenge but I found you now! I will be following your blog going forward. So happy to have found another crafty type.

Hi Jeanne,
I never leave home without it--my knitting, that is. Even for a 5-minute trip, because you just never know what might hold me up and be a knitting opportunity. I get antsy if I have to stand around like a goof. I'd rather knit.

Thank you for stopping by my blog! I'll make sure you get an invitation to the webinar for next Tuesday. I'll just need your email address. You can send it to me at jeanne@callintouch.com.

I want you to know that I took knitting tonight to a karaoke bar. Lots of folks came over to my table to ask me what I was making. HA! My husband has learned that if I can't take my knitting, I probably won't go.
